Lindsay Estrada, MA, LMFT

Lindsay Estrada (she/her) is the practice owner, and is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She takes great care in treating her clients with authenticity, honesty, and compassion. Lindsay is an LGBTQIA+ identifying and affirming therapist. She works with adult individuals and couples in her practice, and she approaches sessions with practical skills and explorative questions. Lindsay tailors her approach to fit the specific needs of each client and offers individualized care to honor clients’ uniqueness.

Background

Lindsay holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology with an Emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy, from Pepperdine University, Graduate School of Education and Psychology. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Long Beach. Lindsay studied Comprehensive DBT through the Linehan Institute’s Behavioral Tech and has completed Behavioral Tech’s Foundational Training in DBT with Randy Wolbert and Dr. Janice Kuo. She has received her Certificate in Somatic Psychotherapy and Practices at Antioch University Santa Barbara. Lindsay also enjoys teaching and has provided trainings on Dialectical Behavior Therapy. 

Lindsay approaches therapy from a humanistic and experiential foundation and places importance in the relational aspect of therapy to foster personal growth and healing in individuals and couples. Lindsay has extensive experience working with substance abuse, trauma, personality disorders, anxiety, ADHD, and depression, and she is also skilled in treating other mood, thought, and behavioral disorders. Lindsay assists her clients in session with skill building interventions drawn from Somatic Experiencing Psychotherapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction to encourage clients’ independence and enhance self-efficacy. 

Lindsay has over 10 years of experience working as a therapist in Residential, Intensive Outpatient, and Outpatient settings, in both non-profit and private-sectors as a Primary Therapist. In her role as Primary Therapist, Lindsay coordinated care and treatment of acute cases of co-occurring mental health disorders. Lindsay has not only provided individual, couples, and family therapy, but she has also run psychoeducational, process, and skill building groups on a multitude of subjects.

Julie Felios, MA, LMFT

Julie Felios (she/her) is the Program Director, and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California, Rhode Island, and Florida. She believes in care centered around compassion, honesty, healing, and growth. She works with individuals and couples in her practice by understanding the whole person, exploring the system they live within, and identifying unique, applicable, and personalized skills.

Emily Fiedtkou, MA, AMFT

Emily Fiedtkou (she/her) is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. She works with individuals, couples, and adolescents. Emily takes an approach that both supports and gently challenges her clients to grow through life experiences, while helping them develop deeper insight and cultivate practical skills. She utilizes both cognitive behavioral interventions and somatic interventions, including mindfulness, yoga, and breathing techniques, to address her client’s mental health from a holistic perspective.

Background

Emily holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate School. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Applied Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Emily is also a 200 Hour Certified Yoga Instructor with continuing education in yogic philosophy.

Emily’s approach is warm, gentle, and incorporates the mind-body connection. She pulls from a variety of modalities such as DBT (dialectical behavior therapy), parts-work, narrative therapy and mindfulness. Her goal is to help clients create greater self-awareness while learning to regulate their emotions which builds a strong foundation for growth and change. Emily firmly believes in the importance of the relational aspect between therapist and client, and she is dedicated to creating an open and non-judgmental space to empower clients to meet their goals.

Emily works with young adults, professionals, couples, and teens that are 12+ of age. She has a wide range of experience including level one training in the Gottman method, leading teen groups for emotion regulation, parent coaching and using directive play therapy with children between ages 9 and 12. She enjoys working with individuals with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD and relational issues, as well as, individuals focused on personal growth and development. Max Fay, MA, AMFT

Max Fay (she/they) is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. Their style is warm, non-judgmental, honest, and connected. They believe therapy can be silly and even fun while still being impactful and effective. Their practice is open to people of all sexualities, gender identities, racial and ethnic backgrounds, relationship types, and faiths. They welcome clients who are questioning or exploring their identities, and Max is happy to move at whatever pace they need while meeting them with warmth and support. Max holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University Los Angeles and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Pitzer College. Max’s approach is primarily relational and person-centered. She believes self-acceptance and self-compassion are the keys to growth and change. Max helps clients foster insight by processing their past experiences and gently uncovering the ways their pasts connect with their current struggles. Max invites her clients on a journey of self-compassion and guides them on how to prioritize gentleness and self-care. She helps her clients discover the patterns and rules that keep them stuck and then supports them in cultivating a life that brings them joy and fulfillment. Max believes the most healing aspect of therapy is the unique relationship that develops between therapist and client.

Max completed their training at the Antioch University Counseling Center providing low-fee therapy to individuals from diverse backgrounds. While training, Max gained experience working with anxiety disorders, mood disorders, relational issues, codependency, body image issues, low self-worth, ADHD and neurodivergence, and perfectionism. Kelsey’s approach, rooted in mindfulness, psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, and attachment theories, is tailored to meet each client's unique needs, moving beyond a one-size-fits-all perspective. She combines exploration with practical skills, helping individuals manage anxiety, emotional dysregulation, and other challenges.

Her work focuses on rewriting personal narratives, utilizing her storytelling passion to help clients understand how their past impacts the present, shifting them from self-doubt to empowerment and authenticity. Kelsey focuses on helping clients set healthy boundaries, communicate their needs and desires effectively, and foster genuine connections. She is passionate about working with newcomers to therapy, offering support to those who may feel overwhelmed or intimidated by the process.

Having completed her training at Airport Marina Counseling Service and Exodus’s Crisis Residential Treatment Program, Kelsey has extensive experience with a broad spectrum of issues, including anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, relational issues, low self-worth, codependency, and substance dependency, in both individual and group settings.
